Meeting Registration

CLICK HERE to be directed to the online meeting registration page or download the fax-back registration form HERE. Please note that the early bird registration rate of $850.00 per person is offered only until July 31, 2008. After July 31, the registration rate will be $975.00 per person.

NOTE: Attendee registration and full payment must be recieved by September 2 for attendee name to be included in the Annual Meeting Program.

The 46th Annual Meeting is open to HHGFAA members only. All fees must be paid in advance. Payment may be made by check, money order, or credit card. Checks or money orders not drawn on a US bank will be returned. If you pay by check or money order, you must mail your payment to the Registration Office along with the registration form (see link to form above).

To transfer your registration to another person in your organization, we ask that you mail or fax a written request on company letterhead to:

To cancel or to make changes to hotel reservations, contact the hotel directly. The Hilton Hawaiian Village® Beach Resort & Spa will refund deposits for all cancellation requests made up to 48 hours prior to arrival.

All cancellations for meeting attendees must be received in writing on company letterhead, and mailed or faxed to the Registration Office. All cancellations that are not postmarked, faxed or emailed on or before September 4, 2008, will receive a refund minus an administrative charge of $200.00. THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS AFTER SEPTEMBER 4, 2008.

For those unable to exhibit at the meeting, we have several other opportunities to offer your company such as print advertising in the annual meeting program or providing a bag insert. To ensure listing in the Directory of Attendees, HHGFAA must receive your registration no later than September 4, 2008. Please note that your name will appear EXACTLY as you indicate on your registration form. Your company name will appear the way it is listed in the Membership Directory.
